If you cause damage or breakages anywhere during your stay then you will be charged for replacements and repairs, usually at the prevailing local rate. Given that we may have guests arriving very shortly after you depart and that they will expect the property to be in good condition when they arrive, we reserve the right at our sole discretion and at your expense to use such means as may be necessary to make good any damage or breakages in the shortest possible time so that we incoming guests will not be disappointed.

Proprietors reserve the right to enter the property if necessary during your stay.

Pets are not allowed onto the property.

To allow time for the accommodation to be prepared for incoming guests, we ask that it should be vacated by 10.00 am on the morning of departure, incoming guests are not expected to arrive before 2.30 pm.

We reserve the right to refuse to hand over the accommodation to anyone who, in our opinion, is not suitable to take charge of the property - in any such case all moneys shall be refunded and the Contract terminated without further liability. We also reserve the right to terminate the Contract at any time or remove any person or persons due to unreasonable behaviour, damage to property or causing or likely to cause annoyance or offence to other guests. In such a case any refund would be entirely at the discretion of Norwood Cottages.

The properties let by Norwood Cottages are to be used for the purposes of a holiday let to which Section12 (2) and paragraph 8 of Schedule 4 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988 apply. The booking agreement confers a right to occupy the accommodation for the agreed period only.
